Flexible Cancellation Policy
1. Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival (local time).
Example: if the arrival date is September 20, the booking may be cancelled free of charge until September 19 at 14:59 (local time).
2. Late Cancellation
If the guest cancels within 1 day prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
3. No-show
If the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled in advance in writing, the full booking amount will be charged.
4. Cancellation Method
To be valid, all cancellations must be made in writing through one of the following channels:
– by e-mail,
– via the messaging system of the booking platform (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com),
– or through the guest platform used for the reservation (e.g. GuestAdvisor).
Verbal cancellations (by phone or in person) are not accepted.
5. Deposit and Payment
A 100% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation, payable online by credit card.
If the guest cancels in time (1 day before arrival), the full prepayment will be refunded.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable.
6. Force Majeure
If the guest is forced to cancel due to a verifiable force majeure event (e.g. official flight cancellation, serious illness requiring hospital treatment, natural disaster),
refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any force majeure event must be proven in writing with official documentation (e.g. airline statement, medical certificate).
7. Peak Periods
This flexible policy does not apply during peak periods (e.g. New Year’s Eve, Formula 1, Christmas).
Special cancellation conditions will apply during these dates and will always be stated at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy
1. General Rule
All reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate are final. Once the booking is confirmed, no changes, modifications, or cancellations are
allowed.
2. Payment
100% prepayment of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation, payable online by credit card.
The prepayment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, modification, or no-show.
3. No-show
If the guest does not arrive on the reserved dates and has not cancelled in advance, the total booking amount remains fully charged.
4. Force Majeure
In case of a verifiable force majeure event (e.g. official flight cancellation, serious illness requiring hospital treatment, natural disaster), the case will be reviewed
individually.
Proof must be provided in writing with official documentation (e.g. airline confirmation, medical certificate).
In such cases, management may offer a date change or credit instead of a refund, at its sole discretion.
5. Peak Periods
This policy is automatically applied to peak periods (e.g. New Year’s Eve, Formula 1, Christmas), unless otherwise specified.
